The debate over vaccines has come to a head in California. Lawmakers are pushing a bill that will require any student attending public school to be properly vaccinated. Unvaccinated children will not be allowed to attend under the new laws.
The new bill has gained a lot of support; however, there are still those who stand against it. Parents who have had children that have been killed or seriously affected by vaccines are on the front lines of this battle. Vaccines do carry some risks although most would agree that the benefits of mitigating major diseases far outweigh any risks associated with vaccination.
It appears as though there’s a lot of misinformation floating around regarding vaccinations, and Ricardo Tosto is trying to stay away from it. It’s easy for parents to overstate the risks when they’ve had a child affected by a vaccine, and any lawyer will say he same. It’s also easy to overlook the diseases that would run rampant without proper vaccinations considering that they’ve been suppressed.
