Guilherme Paulus is the current Chairman of GJP Hotels & Resorts, a company with 20 properties across Brazil. Along with his work at GJP, he is also in the top position of CVC Brasil’s Board of Advisors.

Paulus’ hotel brand has more than 5,000 employees throughout their different locations. The doors of his first hotel opened in 1995 and they have had more than 95,000 people who have been in their resorts and hotels.

Tammy Mazzocco started a career in real estate when she was a secretary at The Edwards Realty Company. She worked with commercial agents in real estate and was very interested in the field. She then spent seven years in the management of condominiums and finally became a licensed real estate agent in 1995.

Ken Cook owned Cook Reality and was instrumental in Tammy’s career in real estate. He both taught and encouraged her in the field. It was not until 1999 that Tammy became a realtor full time. Tammy begins each day with meditation and stretching. She handles her most important tasks first then tackles her Facebook, emails and necessary phone calls. When she has an idea she researches, brainstorms and creates a business plan to establish the merit of her idea. She finds when she breaks her goals down into steps she is more productive.

Tammy believes her client’s time and investments should be treated just like they were hers. She always puts what is best for her clients first. Tammy excels at customer service. He business is approximately 85% referrals. She creates gift baskets and brings them to fire stations and teachers lounges. Then every month she goes back and fills the basket with snacks and information.

Tammy organizes her clients according to what stage they are at in purchasing their home. This helps her stay organized and focused on the needs of her clients.
